The most popular mattress size is the queen sized mattress. This type of mattress is 60 inches in width and 80 inches in height. If you love to go camping with your spouse or partner or if you have a sibling who loves camping out as much as you do, then you’d best stick to the queen sized air bed. The standard size for the king bed is 78 inches in width and 80 inches in height, making it 18 inches bigger than the queen sized air bed. It’s the biggest sized camping air mattress so far and it can give you a larger sleeping space – approximately 39 inches for each person who sleeps on it. There is no standard size for the mattress’ thickness but generally an air bed is 6 to 14 inches thick.
